For the comfort and safety of all our guests The Culver Cottage has implemented the following policies.

Check-In Hours
Check-in hours are between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. We can not accept any check-ins after 10:30 pm ET. In addition, if you have requested a specific check in time and fail to arrive or contact us we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund.
Checkout Hours
We kindly request our guests checkout by 11:00am. Arrangements for late checkout can be made and should be confirmed when making your reservation. There is a $50 fee in addition to the room rate for late checkout.
Room Cancellations
Because we are a small independent inn, cancellations significantly affect us.
You will be charged a $100 processing fee for all cancellations. You may cancel or change the date of a reservation up to 14 days prior to arrival. For cancellations or date changes within 14 days of arrival, you will be held responsible for all room charges. No refunds will be issued after check-in.
Standard Refund policy
Cancellations providing more than 30 days notice will be refunded minus a $100.00 cancellation fee per room.
Cancellations providing less than 14 days notice are considered non cancellable and are non refundable.
Special event refund policy
Special events include CMA Fall and Spring Parent's Weekend, CMA Reunion and Homecoming, CMA Graduation
All special event reservations must be paid in full 60 days prior to event and are non refundable.
No Smoking Please
The Culver Cottage is a smoke-free environment. All forms of smoking are expressly forbidden in all inside and outside public spaces as well as our guest rooms. Smoking in our guest rooms is cause for a $150 cleaning fee as well as dismissal from the inn.
Occupancy
Our room rates are based on each rooms respective maximum occupancy. We kindly request that guests not exceed our posted room limits.
No Pets Allowed
We all love our pets but in the interest of keeping our rooms clean for all guests, pets are not allowed in any inside or outside public spaces or in our guest rooms.
Behavior
It is The Culver Cottage's policy that all our guests have the right to be treated with dignity and respect. As a responsible host we have a duty to protect our guests from behavior that will negatively impact their stay. Unlawful and unacceptable activities will result in an immediate request to leave without refund. Law enforcement will be summoned if appropriate. Unlawful and unacceptable activities include, but are not limited to: underage drinking, use of illegal substances, and excessive drinking or partying as well as excessive noise.
Children
Well-mannered children ages 10 and above are welcome as guests. To ensure the comfort of all our guests, as well as child safety, we expect parents to be respectful, monitor their children at all times, and correct their children if they become noisy or unruly. The Culver Cottage has no childcare facilities on the premises. We do not permit infants. All children regardless of age will be included in the room's occupancy count and are subject to charges.
