Main Street Manor General Policies

•Accommodations : Our rooms are configured for one to two adults. Some of our larger rooms may be made to accommodate an extra person for an additional charge. All rooms have private baths and telephones. To receive calls/messages please give our main number to those who may need to reach you.

Payments : We accept VISA, Mastercard, personal checks and cash. A credit card is necessary for reservations. Your deposit is paid when you make the reservation.

Check In/ Check Out Times : Check In is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM EST unless other arrangements are made. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Checking in after 10:00 PM without notification and late check outs will result in additional charges.

Massage Therapy : Massage therapy is available on site, provided by Integrated Massage & Wellness. Appointment times are limited please schedule in advance.

Breakfast : Breakfast is served continental style between the hours of 7 AM and 9:30 AM

Smoking : Main Street Manor is a 100% smoke free environment indoors and on the grounds. Candles and incense are also prohibited. We ask that guests please adjust their habits accordingly. Non compliance will result in fines and you will be asked to leave and forfeit the balance of your reservation.

Pets : Unfortunately as much as we love animals we are unable to accommodate pets.

Keys : Main Street Manor provides a safe secure environment for guests. We carefully maintain our inventory of keys. To this extent we ask that you return all keys at check out. Should you lose or take your keys with you at check out, you will be assessed a fee to re-key the room and make new keys.

Damages : Guests are responsible for payment of damages made to either the Manor or room furnishings. Charges to recover the replacement of damaged or missing items will be applied to the guest's credit card.

Cancellation Policy : Cancellations must be e-mailed to m.manor@att.net 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival. No phone cancellations please. A $40.00 booking fee per room will be deducted from your deposit. A refund check will be sent within 15 days after scheduled arrival. Cancellations in less than 30 days will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit
